Ingredients

  • 3¾ cups unsweetened coconut cream

  • ½ cup sweetened coconut cream

  • ⅓ cup pineapple juice

  • 6 oz coconut-flavored rum

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered


Instructions

  • Blend the Coconut Creams
    Combine unsweetened and sweetened coconut creams in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  • Freeze into Cubes
    Pour the blended coconut mixture into ice cube trays and freeze completely. These creamy cubes are the secret to a thick, frosty texture!

  • Make the Drink
    Once frozen, pop the coconut cubes into a blender. Add pineapple juice, coconut rum, and strawberries. Blend until smooth and velvety.

 

  • Serve & Enjoy
    Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with a fresh strawberry or pineapple slice, sip, and feel the tropical magic.

Notes

  • No rum? No problem! Swap the alcohol for coconut water or extra pineapple juice for a family-friendly version.

  • Frozen strawberries can be used—just make sure they’re unsweetened.

  • Want it sweeter? Add a splash of honey or agave syrup to taste.

  • Freeze extra coconut cream cubes so you’re always just one blend away from your next cocktail.
