Raspberry Piña Colada

Raspberry Piña Colada (Simple Boozy Version)

  • Author: Ethan

Description

This Raspberry Piña Colada is a fruity, frozen twist on the classic cocktail — blending creamy coconut, tangy raspberries, sweet pineapple, and smooth white rum. It’s tropical, colorful, and ready in under 5 minutes! Whether you’re hosting a summer party or dreaming of a beach day, this drink brings instant vacation vibes. Anything but boring!!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 cup pineapple juice

  • ½ cup coconut cream (not coconut milk!)

  • ½ cup white rum (adjust to taste)

  • 1 cup crushed ice

  • 1 tbsp simple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

Optional Garnishes:

  • Fresh raspberries

  • Pineapple wedge

  • Shredded coconut

  • Mint sprig

  • Splash of dark rum (for a float on top!)

Instructions

  • Add to Blender: Pour in pineapple juice, coconut cream, and rum first. Then add frozen raspberries, crushed ice, and simple syrup if using.

  • Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until creamy, thick, and slushie-perfect.

  • Taste & Adjust: Add more syrup for sweetness, more ice for thickness, or more rum if you’re feeling bold.

  • Serve & Garnish: Pour into a chilled glass and top with your favorite garnishes — think fresh berries, pineapple, or a little coconut on top.

  • Sip & Escape: Close your eyes and enjoy every tropical sip. Paradise = unlocked.

Notes

  • No frozen raspberries? Use fresh, but add extra ice for texture.

  • Want a mocktail? Skip the rum and add coconut water or more pineapple juice.

  • Make it extra: Float a splash of dark rum on top for richer flavor and that layered cocktail look.

  • Batch it for parties: Blend everything but the ice ahead of time and keep chilled. Add ice and re-blend just before serving.

  • Serve it with: Grilled shrimp, tacos, or anything with a tropical twist!
