Ocean Peach Punch

Ocean Peach Punch: A Boozy, Tropical Sunset in a Bowl

  • Author: Sam

Description

Ocean Peach Punch is your go-to tropical party drink—a stunning layered cocktail with juicy peach, creamy coconut, and citrus sparkle. With its golden-to-blue ocean swirl and refreshing, fruity flavor, this icy-cold punch is guaranteed to wow your guests. Perfect for summer parties, backyard hangouts, and sunset celebrations!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup peach schnapps

  • 1½ cups coconut rum (Malibu recommended)

  • 2 cups pineapple juice

  • ½ cup lemonade

  • ½ cup blue curaçao

  • 2 cups club soda or lemon-lime soda (like Sprite or 7-Up)

  • 2 cups frozen peach slices or fresh peach chunks

  • 1½ cups crushed ice (plus more for serving)

  • Optional garnishes: fresh mint leaves, edible flowers, or citrus wheels

Instructions

  • Mix the base: In a large punch bowl, combine peach schnapps, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and lemonade. Stir gently to mix.

  • Add the swirl: Slowly pour in the blue curaçao. Let it settle at the bottom to create that ocean gradient—don’t stir!

  • Add fruit and ice: Toss in frozen peach slices or fresh chunks, then layer in crushed ice on top to keep the punch cold and vibrant.

  • Top with bubbles: Just before serving, pour in the club soda or lemon-lime soda for a fizzy lift.

  • Garnish and serve: Float mint leaves, edible flowers, or citrus slices on top. Ladle into chilled glasses with extra crushed ice and enjoy!

Notes

  • Want to make it ahead? Mix the schnapps, rum, juices, and blue curaçao up to 24 hours in advance. Chill and add soda and garnishes right before serving.

  • Make it a mocktail by swapping schnapps for peach nectar and rum for coconut water. Use a blue sports drink instead of curaçao.

  • Frozen fruit doubles as ice to keep things cold without watering it down—win-win!

  • Pour the curaçao slowly for the best gradient effect. A spoon helps guide the swirl without mixing it in.

  • Double the recipe for larger crowds—just make sure your bowl can handle all that beauty!
