Ingredients
Serves 2 tall glasses
-
2 oz gin
-
1 oz peach schnapps
-
1 oz simple syrup (or adjust to taste)
-
1½ cups raspberry lemonade, chilled
-
4–6 fresh strawberries, sliced
-
8–10 fresh blackberries
-
2 lemon wheels (for garnish)
-
Crushed ice
Instructions
-
Prepare the glasses
Fill two tall glasses with crushed ice all the way to the top. The crushed ice helps keep the drink ultra-cold and beautifully layered. -
Add the fruit
Drop in sliced strawberries and blackberries. Let some slices press against the inside of the glass for a colorful visual effect. -
Mix the alcohol base
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine gin, peach schnapps, and simple syrup. Shake briefly to chill. -
Pour over ice and fruit
Divide the alcohol mixture evenly between the two glasses, pouring it over the crushed ice and berries. -
Top with raspberry lemonade
Slowly pour the raspberry lemonade into each glass to create a layered, ombré effect.
-
Garnish and serve
Finish with a lemon wheel on the rim and an extra strawberry slice if desired. Add a straw or drink stirrer for flair.
Notes
-
Swap gin with vodka or white rum if preferred—still delicious and super refreshing.
-
To make it a mocktail, skip the alcohol and use peach iced tea or flavored sparkling water instead.
-
Use fresh berries for the best flavor and visual presentation. Frozen berries will work in a pinch but may dull the color.
-
Perfect for batching—multiply the ingredients and prep in a pitcher for easy party pouring.
-
Chill all your ingredients ahead of time to keep the drink crisp and layered.
-
Optional: Add a sprig of mint or basil for an herbal twist that elevates the flavor.
